Responsibilities

• Support and maintain internal networks, servers, and cloud systems (Microsoft, Azure).
• Setup, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and printers.
• CCTV system setup, configuration, and maintenance.
• Provide onsite and remote IT support to staff.
• Manage and maintain Wi‑Fi and network infrastructure.
• MikroTik configuration and backup management.
• Log and resolve IT issues efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) + relevant IT qualification.
• 5–6 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written).
• Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
• Ability to travel between company sites.
