Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support / Technician Supervisor to manage and support our company's internal IT infrastructure (9 companies). This role involves providing hands‑on technical support, maintaining systems and hardware, setting up and managing telecommunications and surveillance equipment, and leading a small team to ensure smooth execution of IT‑related projects across the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide desktop and user support across all company departments (hardware, software, networking).
  • Set up, manage, and maintain telecommunication systems, including VoIP and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain surveillance camera systems and ensure uptime.
  • Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure (servers, switches, routers, network cabling, etc.).
  • Supervise and coordinate the internal IT support team to complete daily tasks and company‑wide IT projects.
  • Manage user accounts, access controls, and system security protocols.
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain asset registers and documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations.
  • Ensure system backups and disaster recovery protocols are maintained.
  • Assist in evaluating and recommending new technology solutions for business efficiency.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers as needed.
Desired Experience & Qualificationh3>
  • Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role (3+ years preferred).
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of desktop / laptop support, networking, and system troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with telecommunication systems, IP cameras, and basic networking protocols.
  • Experience supervising or managing a small team is highly advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of security principles and data protection.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
