IT Support Technician position available in Pretoria.

Our international client is seeking a highly skilled IT Technician to provide advanced technical support and IT solutions.

The ideal candidate has expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, Microsoft 365, systems administration, and is committed to delivering high-quality remote support and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for international clients.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 and Windows Server/Desktop environments.
  • Manage Active Directory (user accounts, permissions, and policies).
  • Diagnose and resolve network issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls).
  • Maintain client systems, perform updates, and monitor performance.
  • Assist with virtualization, backup solutions, and systems engineering tasks.
  • Document technical activities and escalate complex issues when required.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT support or similar roles.
  • Experience in an MSP or ICT environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows 10/11 & Server, and network administration.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and client service skills.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
  • Experience with RMM tools, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and backup/recovery solutions.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+/N+, Microsoft 365 Certified, or equivalent.
