My client within the Cleaning and Manufacturing industry is looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join their team.

The successful person will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support across nationwide branches, ensuring smooth operation of all IT systems, hardware, and software.

This role requires a hands-on professional with strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and system maintenance.

Minimum requirements :

• Matric Certificate is essential
• IT related degree or diploma would be an advantage
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar IT support or technical role
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Server software and its day-to-day management
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Proficient in server setup, maintenance, and administration
