The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining computer systems, devices, and networks, ensuring they operate efficiently and securely. This role involves providing technical support and training to staff both in person and remotely, as well as managing IT assets and software licenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hardware: Configure and install user devices and peripherals.
  • Hardware: Troubleshoot and repair faulty devices and peripherals.
  • Hardware: Ensure all devices are updated and comply with security protocols.
