The Opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on Specialist to join our productivity team to strengthen our infrastructure and cybersecurity posture. This role blends technical problem-solving with strategic project work: you’ll handle support requests from users while also shaping how our Microsoft environment, cloud security and operational systems evolve.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and optimise Microsoft: Maintain, monitor and enhance our Microsoft tenant, SharePoint, and related services.
  • Review and implement Defender and Compliance recommendations to improve security posture.
  • Provide Technical Support: Deliver efficient and professional support to internal users on Microsoft, SharePoint, and other systems.
  • Triage, investigate and resolve technical incidents and requests.
  • Drive Cybersecurity Initiatives: Proactively identify risks, research best practices, and suggest improvements in cybersecurity.
  • Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, maintain endpoint protection and assist in incident response.
  • Lead and support IT projects: Contribute to IT infrastructure and security projects, from design through implementation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and reduce risk.
  • Collaborate and communicate: Partner with internal stakeholders across teams to ensure smooth operations and knowledge sharing.
  • Document procedures, insights and system changes clearly.
What You Bring
  • Experience: 3+ years in IT Support or IT Operations, with exposure to Microsoft administration and cybersecurity.
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft and SharePoint administration, Windows Defender and Intune familiarity, basic understanding of networking, identity, and endpoint security.
  • Exposure to Salesforce or other enterprise SaaS systems is a plus.
  • Mindset: Passionate about technology and cybersecurity. Resourceful, proactive and curious — you enjoy learning and solving problems deeply.
  • Customer-focused, calm under pressure, and collaborative.
  • Experience using AI tools (like ChatGPT) for troubleshooting and automation.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Security+, Azure Fundamentals).
