Qualifications

  • 1–2 years' IT support experience for L1 role.
  • 2–4 years' IT support/field experience for L2 role.
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Log and manage incidents/requests in work queues.
  • Resolve or escalate issues within SLA.
  • Provide first-line support and escalate when needed.
