Responsibilities

  • Providing remote and desk-side support to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Configuring and maintaining laptops including Citrix and Cisco AnyConnect remote access.
  • Installing, supporting and troubleshooting core business applications.
  • Administering Active Directory and managing mobile devices.
  • Managing IT hardware and maintaining stock levels.
  • Ensuring compliance with Information Security Policy.
  • Supporting Konica Minolta MFD printers and Cisco networking hardware.
  • Collaborating with other tech teams to resolve issues.
  • Logging and managing calls using Halo ITSM.

Responsibilities
  • Providing remote and desk‑side support to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Configuring and maintaining laptops including Citrix and Cisco AnyConnect remote access.
  • Installing, supporting and troubleshooting core business applications such as Windows 11, Office, iManage, Aderant, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Administering Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune Endpoint Management, and Exchange Support and troubleshooting mobile devices via Microsoft Intune.
  • Managing IT hardware, maintaining stock levels, and auditing equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Firm's Information Security Policy.
  • Supporting Konica Minolta MFD printers and Cisco networking hardware.
  • Collaborating with other tech teams to resolve issues and apply system changes.
  • Logging and managing calls using Halo ITSM, ensuring high‑quality data entry and service levels.
