TimeMaker is a well-established business productivity software used by professionals worldwide.

We're looking for a reliable IT Support & QA Specialist to join our team and provide technical assistance to our international user base. This is an IT Support / Helpdesk / Quality Assurance role, ideal for someone with a solid technical understanding, strong communication skills, and a willingness to support clients whenever needed.

You’ll assist with installations, troubleshoot basic issues, and help test new features before they’re released.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist clients with software installation and initial setup.
  • Provide remote support to users, answering questions and resolving technical issues (Level 1 and 2 IT Support).
  • Be available to respond to after‑hours support queries, regardless of day or time, as users may be in various time zones.
  • Test new features and updates, report bugs, and share feedback with the development team.
  • Help build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of common issues and their corresponding solutions.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar client‑facing technical role.
  • Comfortable working with Windows‑based software.
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Reliable, detail‑oriented, and proactive in solving problems.
  • Willingness to provide support outside of standard hours when needed.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
Working Hours

Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (SAST). Must be willing to assist with support queries after hours, including weekends or holidays if required.

Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent, Remote. Experience: Helpdesk – 1 year (Required), IT Support – 2 years (Required), Quality Assurance – 1 year (Required).
