IT Software Development Business Workflow Process Engineer
Responsibilities
- Facilitate process evaluation workshops and customer journey mapping with stakeholders when implementing new or improving existing processes.
- Ensure new / updated processes are evaluated from a business perspective and common business logic is considered in design.
- Design and effectively integrate automated workflow processes with software systems.
- Design, test, and deliver workflow-based solutions for external clients; handle ongoing enhancements and defect resolution.
- Provide onsite training and documentation in support of training.
- Implement new solutions using client technology.
- Operate effectively as a member of the team and as an individual on site at clients.
- Meet expectations and deliverables on time and with high quality.
- Maintain workflow processes and produce clean, well-structured solutions.
- Communicate effectively in both technical and business environments.
Qualifications
Permanent position; Johannesburg; Hybrid working conditions.
- Matric certificate with excellent marks in Mathematics (preferably over 80%).
- B.Eng Industrial Engineering or B (Computer Science) or BSc (Computer Science) from the University of Pretoria, Stellenbosch University, or Potchefstroom University.
- 1–3 years of experience as an IT Software Digital Business workflow processes Engineer.
- Experience in IT software implementation and the Financial Services Industry is a great advantage.
- Willingness to travel to client premises if required.

- CTC per month (salary depends on relevant experience and current salary earned).
Plus annual performance bonus at the discretion of the company and a company laptop for remote work.
A pension fund of 4 %–11 % of your monthly salary will be deducted (mandatory, with no company contribution).
