Academic and Experience Requirements

• Matric certificate - Must have excellent marks in Math's (preferably over R80%)
• Must have either Degree as a B.Eng Industrial Engineer OR B (Computer Science) OR BSc (Computer science) from University of Pretoria OR Stellenbosch University OR Potchefstroom University - essential
• 1–3 years+ Working Experience gained as an IT Software Digital software Business workflow processes Engineer
• Working experience in IT Software implementation and the Financial Services Industry will be a great advantage

Additional Requirements

• If done Algebra it is a benefit
• Must be willing to go to client's premises if needed

Responsibilities

• Facilitate process evaluation workshops and customer journey mapping with stakeholders when implementing new, or when improving existing processes.
• Ensuring that any new / updated processes are evaluated from a business perspective and that common business logic is considered in process design.
• Ensures automated workflow processes are designed and effective integration with the software system(s) system is achieved
• Responsible for the design and implementation of major and minor workflow processes and components for external clients.
• Design, test, and deliver workflow-based solutions.
• Enhancements and defect resolution will be required on an ongoing basis.
• Provide onsite training and documentation in support of training.
• Implementation of new solutions, using Client technology.
• Operate effectively as a member of the team.
• Also operates effectively as an individual on site at clients.
• Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and of high quality.
• Responsible for the creation, implementation, and maintenance of workflow processes.
• Effectively creates solution in a clean, well structured, easily maintainable format.
• Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments

• Salary: R‑CTC per Month (salary is depending on years working experience gained relevant to this Vacancy and current Salary earned)
• Plus, Annual Performance Bonus at the discretion of the Company only
