Job description

Feltex is seeking an experienced IT Senior ERP Operator to provide support and ensure the availability of the core ERP systems. The successful incumbent will be responsible for leading a team of staff specialised in ERP / LX applications support, ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction.

This role plays a key part in supporting operational excellence by managing system performance, coordinating issue resolution, optimising support processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the ERP environment. The IT Senior ERP Operator will also serve as a key point of contact between the ERP support team, users, and management, foster a culture of teamwork and accountability, and ensure all ERP support practices align with organisational objectives and compliance requirements.
