  • Using AI and scrapping tools and market intelligence to fund unicorns on a daily basis
  • Staying one step ahead of the market and all competitors always
  • Ability to work in a demanding face paced small team and manage and handle push back as clients come first
  • Ability to use initiative, take ownership and always find solutions not just reliant on career candidate portals
  • Using AI daily as a key sourcing tool
What we’re looking for :
  • 5+ years proven IT contract recruitment experience (agency background preferred)
  • Ideally experience and expertise working with contractors a the pace is fast and pressure to deliver is high
  • A track record of placing high-quality contractors fast
  • Excellent administration, communication & ad-writing skills
  • Strong LinkedIn, Boolean, GitHub, and alternative sourcing expertise
