Job summary

The role requires Scrum and Agile experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams across corporate and clinical systems under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager.
• Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Information Systems, IT, or a related certification.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Experience in Scrum and Agile-related methodologies.
• Experience measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties or vendors so projects are executed as planned.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders and confirm technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule and cost using verification techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Lead and oversee a team of professionals.
• Present at board level, including CXO audiences.
