About The Role

iMasFinance Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT / business projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • All processes must be addressed across the project management lifecycle.
  • Ensure teams adhere to the project management framework and use the right tools, processes and reporting principles.
  • Define project objectives in line with business needs.
  • Plan, schedule, and track project milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies.
  • Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines.
  • Lead and motivate project teams while maintaining stakeholder engagement.
  • Implement and enforce project management methodologies.
  • Document project processes, progress reports, and risk assessments.
  • Possess a blend of technical understanding, strong communication skills, and effective project management abilities, including planning, execution, and risk management to successfully deploy projects.
  • Ensure smooth project closure with post-implementation reviews and documentation.
Qualifications
