About The Role
iMasFinance Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT / business projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- All processes must be addressed across the project management lifecycle.
- Ensure teams adhere to the project management framework and use the right tools, processes and reporting principles.
- Define project objectives in line with business needs.
- Plan, schedule, and track project milestones using appropriate tools.
- Identify and manage project dependencies.
- Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines.
- Lead and motivate project teams while maintaining stakeholder engagement.
- Implement and enforce project management methodologies.
- Document project processes, progress reports, and risk assessments.
- Possess a blend of technical understanding, strong communication skills, and effective project management abilities, including planning, execution, and risk management to successfully deploy projects.
- Ensure smooth project closure with post-implementation reviews and documentation.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Project Management qualification (PMBOK / Prince 2) – Essential
- ITIL Certification – Desirable
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant field – Desirable
- MS Office Suite proficiency – Essential

- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in an IT environment.
