Quantum Insights is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Officer to join our growing team. As an IT Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. Responsibilities


  • Manage and maintain the company's computer systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations

  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and improvements to optimize efficiency and security

  • Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

  • Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to protect company data and information

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve the company's IT capabilities

  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions

  • Train and support employees on the use of technology and software systems

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services

  • Maintain inventory of hardware and software, and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements as needed


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and operating systems

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
