Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV and IT-based security systems
• Troubleshoot and repair
• Conduct system upgrades and ensure software / firmware is up to date
• Respond to service calls and provide technical support to clients
• Ensure all installations meet company and PSIRA standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in CCTV, IT networks, and security systems
• Knowledge of popular CCTV Software's
• Experience with Patriot and IVMS software
• Understanding of IP networks, switches, routers, and cabling
• PSIRA registration preferred
• Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and reliability
