Account Manager – Network Solutions (KZN)

Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
Salary: Market-Related + Car Allowance, Fuel Card, Cell Allowance & Medical Aid

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients across KZN
  • Acting as the go-to tech advisor – discussing and recommending the best solutions to suit each customer’s unique needs
  • Upselling and consulting on technical products and services, backed by your hands-on knowledge
  • Bridging the gap between technical implementation and client relationship management
You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Have
  • A solid background in Network Engineering or Field Support – you can “talk tech” confidently
  • A natural talent for building trust and delivering solutions
  • Experience with:
    • Microsoft 365
    • Azure
    • IT Security
    • LAN/Wireless Networks
    • Servers
    • Endpoint Devices
  • Sales-focused certifications like MS-900, SC-900, or AZ-900
  • Implementation or vendor certifications (bonus points!)
Minimum Requirements
