What the Role Is About

As the Operations Manager, you will lead, coordinate, and optimise all daily operational activities — from customer provisioning and installations to network performance, service delivery, and cross‑functional execution.

You will bring structure, innovation, and operational discipline into a growing business where speed matters and excellence is non‑negotiable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full operational workflow across provisioning, support, activations, and service delivery.
  • Maintain and exceed KPIs, SLAs, and operational deadlines.
  • Implement process improvements, automation, and standardised SOPs.
  • Lead daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Drive continuous optimisation across the entire customer journey.
  • Lead and mentor operations staff, coordinators, and supervisors.
  • Build a culture of ownership, precision, and accountability.
  • Ensure alignment between Sales, Support, Network Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Follow up on handovers, deliverables, and interdepartmental tasks.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
  • Streamline workflows, tools, and internal systems.
  • Drive technology adoption and practical tech‑driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Build structured reporting frameworks for KPIs and operations performance.
  • Track, measure, and present insights to the CEO.
  • Maintain quality standards across every operational touchpoint.
Requirements
