Job summary

Games Global Operations Limited is seeking an IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager in Durban to lead and embed our IT governance, risk, and compliance framework. You will steward ISO 27001 certification, manage the ISMS, and serve as the primary governance contact with technology providers, ensuring risk is identified, assessed, and mitigated in line with regulatory obligations.

You will coordinate audits, drive continual improvement, and deliver metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor preferred; other certifications advantageous.
• Substantial IT governance, risk, information security compliance experience.
• Experience coordinating with auditors, service providers and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ISMS frameworks, certification, surveillance and recertification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and embed IT governance, risk and compliance framework, policies and procedures.
• Lead ISO 27001 certification programme and maintain ISMS certification.
• Act as ISMS Manager with governance, monitoring, reporting and improvements.
• Maintain ISMS scope, risk methodology, control framework and certification roadmap.
• Coordinate with technology provider on governance, information security and assurance.
• Coordinate governance engagements, review performance, and address material risks.
• Maintain technology risk register and facilitate risk assessments and remediation.
• Oversee IT general controls including access, change, operations and supplier controls.
• Coordinate audits, regulatory reviews, certifications and due diligence.
• Plan internal audits, management reviews, and continual improvement actions.
