Job summary

Trinityhouse in Roodepoort seeks a High School Educator to plan, deliver, and assess high-quality instructional programs, inspiring students and building strong relationships with families. The role emphasizes modern, technology-enabled learning and a supportive classroom environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/HDE or B.Ed, valid SACE registration, 3–5 years of teaching experience, and familiarity with CAPS and inquiry-based learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) with PGCE/HDE or B.Ed specializing in the relevant teaching subjects.
• Valid SACE registration and police clearance.
• 3–5 years of teaching experience with subject specialization.
• Familiarity with CAPS curriculum and inquiry-based learning; IEB teaching and matric marking experience advantageous. First Aid certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement Trinityhouse curriculum using differentiated teaching methods.
• Integrate technology and AI to personalize learning and support critical thinking.
• Collaborate to embed RDI and global competencies for inclusive global citizens.
