Requirements

Key Performance Areas
  • Checking the accuracy of details recorded on transactional documentation and updating work-in-progress information / data on specific applications and systems within the department, including HR business systems.
  • Handling service requests as and when necessary to ensure timely and accurate resolution of system- or user-related queries.
  • Managing and modifying existing databases and database management systems to maintain data integrity, performance, and alignment with HR system requirements.
  • Conducting investigations, research, analysis, and reporting to support system enhancements, business insights, and continuous improvement within HR Business Systems.
  • Planning and organizing resources to support the rollout and implementation of HR Business Systems projects, including biometrics rollout and support.
  • Managing administrative activities, including the transcription and analysis of qualitative data, and providing contract administration support for HR Business Systems tenders and related documentation.
  • Contributing to business systems projects involving enhancements to the current SAP HR solution, and researching future technologies in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in HR.
