Overview

We are looking for an invoicing clerk in a busy sales office environment with a positive can-do attitude, good mathematical skills, and high energy.

Requirements

• Will need to use the stairs from sales office to the warehouse often during the day
• Non-smoker, healthy person
• Experience on Palladium beneficial; however, if they have worked on Pastel, they can be trained
• Must have their own car/transport, preferably someone who lives close to the office (Randburg, East Rand, Centurion, Midrand, Wendywood)
• Matric essential and secretarial diploma/experience
• We will even look at a matric school leaver with the right attitude that we will train
• Sober habits, well groomed, confident as they will be front-line staff and deal with our customers every day
• Someone who can pick up the phone and deal with the retail stores
