The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience within a logistics environment and possess good communication skills. This role also requires being fully bilingual and the ability to work under pressure. Overtime may be necessary.

- Creating of transfer orders for delivery stock orders
- Keep Register of delivery notes for queries & audit purposes
- Creating purchase orders on system.
- General administrative function
- General purchasing related tasks for ex. RFQ’s, supplier communication
Requirements
- Grade 12;
- 2 – 3 years experience preparing invoices within a logistic environment;
- Computer literate;
- Must be able to handle pressure;
- Must be willing to work overtime if necessary.
