About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Investor Relations Associate who can take on both execution and leadership. This role combines hands‑on investor outreach with managing a team of up to seven IR Associates and Analysts. You’ll support the Head of Investor Relations, help oversee client deliverables, and make sure the team hits internal targets across meetings, outreach, and relationship management. This role is ideal for someone who has strong IR or capital markets experience but also enjoys guiding and developing a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of up to seven IR Associates and Analysts.
• Provide daily guidance, performance oversight, and support on investor outreach, meeting prep, and follow‑ups.
• Ensure the team follows internal workflows, quality standards, and reporting requirements.
• Help train new hires and identify performance gaps early.

Investor Relations Execution

• Support outreach campaigns, investor communication, and scheduling for active mandates.
• Review materials, follow‑ups, and meeting notes to make sure client expectations are met.
• Track investor engagement and help move prospects through the funnel.

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as a secondary point of contact for assigned clients alongside the Head of IR.
• Join client check‑ins, prepare updates, and help manage expectations.
• Maintain a high standard of responsiveness and service quality.
• Participate in internal strategy meetings with leadership.
• Coordinate with the Head of IR, Investment Banking team, Operations, and Data to support upcoming mandates and resource needs.
• Help improve internal processes, workflow efficiency, and reporting structure.

What We’re Looking For

• Background in investor relations, private equity, venture capital, fundraising, or financial services.
• Experience supporting or managing a small team is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working with CRMs, outreach tools, and structured workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience coordinating with senior leadership or client‑facing teams.
• Familiarity with term sheets, investor pipelines, and capital raising cycles.
