Reports to: Head of Investment & Product

About the Role

As an Investor Relations Partner at ventoré, you’ll own the end-to-end experience of every investor who joins our community. From onboarding and invoicing to relationship management and perks, you’ll be the point of contact and trusted partner for our growing global base of shareholders.

This is a relationship-driven, detail-heavy role for someone who thrives in structured chaos, loves people, and is excited to shape what modern investor relations should feel like. This is an extremely cross-functional role - you’ll work closely with sales, compliance, finance, legal, marketing, operations, hospitality, construction, and c‑suite to make sure every investor feels known, supported, and proud to be part of what we’re building.

Core Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the investor experience post-signature - from invoicing and onboarding to relationship building and supporting their investment goals
  • Coordinate closely with our Finance team to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate invoicing for all investors
  • Onboard new investors onto our proprietary investor portal and ensure continued access to key updates, documents, and resources
  • Liaise with the compliance team to ensure timely and accurate submissions of investor documentation to the relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Post investment updates and materials to the portal and maintain timely communication throughout the life of each project
  • Build deep, long-term relationships with our investor community - including tracking their goals, preferences, and evolving needs
  • Lead regular 1:1 touch points with investors from annual check-ins and strategic follow-ups to in-person meetings and global site visits, building long-term trust and rapport through thoughtful, high-quality communication
  • Plan and execute high-impact investor events like international gatherings in close collaboration with marketing, operations, and leadership to drive engagement and deepen investor loyalty
  • Manage Investor Perks, investor stays, and ad hoc requests
  • Own the internal database of investors and their activities
  • Support the Referral Program and re‑investment efforts by helping surface new opportunities to our current network
  • Represent ventoré as a trusted brand ambassador with integrity, responsiveness, and professionalism
Nice to Haves
  • Prior experience in investor relations, client success, or high-net-worth client service
  • Familiarity with Notion, GoHighLevel, Calendly, and other internal operating systems
  • Background or familiarity with real estate, finance, or investment products

  • Strong written and verbal communicator - you know how to write a thoughtful, human email, explain complex things clearly, and respond with calm even when someone’s upset

  • Comfortable taking full ownership of a process, person, or outcome - and you don’t let things fall through the cracks
  • Excited to learn about real estate, investing, and hospitality if not already experienced in those domains
  • Equally happy hopping on a call with a high net worth individual or tracking down an outstanding invoice
  • Organised, self-driven and professional in how you manage time, relationships, and execution
Work Eligibility & Location

This role is a remote role and the appointment will be made on an independent contractor basis.
