  • Support Wealth Specialists by preparing necessary paperwork and ensuring all deal packs and applications are complete and compliant.
  • Manage and track all leads, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Utilize and maintain the company’s CRM package to manage client information.
  • Ensure all new business and administrative tasks are compliant with industry regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A three-year tertiary degree in a finance or commerce-related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial services, with experience in investments, sales, and financial planning.
  • A solid understanding of investment and fiduciary services.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Strong computer literacy and a tech-savvy mindset.
