Job Description

To ensure professional judgement is applied in the giving of legal advice and opinions on the legal aspects applicable to products, services, solution development and deal structuring for treasury and trade and investment banking transactions, as well as continued research into various aspects of the laws, industry best practice and regulatory framework impacting on the legal viability of the transactions being considered.
