Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related quantitative field.
• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction services.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting, valuation methodologies, and capital markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the origination and execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions.
• Develop detailed financial models, including DCF, LBO, and comparable company analyses.
• Prepare pitch books, confidential information memorandums (CIMs), and management presentations.
• Conduct extensive industry research and due diligence on companies and markets.
• Support senior bankers in client interactions and deal management processes.
• Monitor market trends and identify potential transaction opportunities.
