Overview

Responsibilities
  • Partner with governments/public entities to structure and design PPP transactions for sustainable, long‑term infrastructure projects.
  • Advisory in sectors such as electricity, water and sanitation, solid waste, transportation, telecommunications, social housing, health, and education.
  • Support transaction types including public‑private partnerships, BOT concessions, restructuring and privatization of state‑owned enterprises, and corporate finance activities (equity raising, M&A).
  • Contribute to other projects or strategy‑related activities as needed (research, reporting).
    Travel frequently as required.
Selection Criteria
  • Undergraduate/Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from a reputed university.
  • Minimum two years of experience in IFC or a leading financial institution in project finance, corporate finance, or M&A.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and conceptual skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English; Portuguese and/or French desirable.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel on short notice and frequently.
