Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and a keen interest in capital markets. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of capital raises and advisory mandates across both equity and debt transactions in Europe and Africa. This is a hands‑on, deal‑making position suited to someone who wants real transaction exposure, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to impactful businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial and commercial analysis of companies and projects across multiple sectors.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
  • Prepare investment memoranda, teasers, and investor presentations.
  • Support transaction structuring, due diligence, and negotiation processes.
  • Perform market and sector research, including investor landscape mapping.
  • Engage directly with institutional investors and corporate clients to conclude transactions.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor of Business Science, Commerce (Honours), or equivalent.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
  • High energy, resilience, and the ability to perform in a fast‑paced, deal‑oriented environment.
  • Preferred CFA Level II completed (or candidate), or a relevant Master's degree (Finance, Accounting, Investments) Internship or professional experience in investment banking, project finance, corporate finance, or private markets.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling capability.
  • Commercial awareness and sound judgment.
  • High attention to detail and professional integrity.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple work streams.
  • Passion for problem‑solving and driving transactions to completion.
