Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of work experience in an investment bank, private equity or venture capital fund, Big3 or Big4 (valuation, due diligence, strategy)
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance and extensive experience in financial modeling (DCF)
• CFA/ACCA/CPA certificates are welcome
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve non-standard problems
• Developed communication skills and focus on results

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry analysis and search for investment opportunities
• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of investment cases
• Develop financial models to assess the value of projects and companies
• Participate in structuring investment projects and negotiating the terms of the transaction
• Prepare presentations, memoranda, and other materials
• Coordinate due diligence with the involvement of external consultants
• Coordinate the preparation of legally binding documentation by the agreed terms
• Prepare clear, concise, regular reports
• Maintain trusting relationships and direct contact with partners, consultants, and other stakeholders
• Provide planning support and participate in events
