In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of capital raises and advisory mandates across both equity and debt transactions in Europe and Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and commercial analysis of companies and projects across multiple sectors.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare investment memoranda, teasers, and investor presentations.
• Support transaction structuring, due diligence, and negotiation processes.
• Perform market and sector research, including investor landscape mapping.
• Engage directly with institutional investors and corporate clients to conclude transactions.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential

• Bachelor of Business Science, Commerce (Honours), or equivalent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
• High energy, resilience, and the ability to perform in a fast‑paced, deal‑oriented environment.

Preferred

• CFA Level II completed (or candidate), or a relevant Master’s degree (Finance, Accounting, Investments) or CA(SA) qualification.
