The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment administration, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in multiple investment platforms. This role offers a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring attention to detail and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in investment administration or financial services.
• Strong working knowledge of investment platforms both local and offshore.
• Experience with Investec CCM banking is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage new investment account openings for local and offshore platforms.
• Maintain client records ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Action investment transactions such as redemptions and switches.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance requirements.
• Provide professional support to Wealth Managers and internal stakeholders.
