Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • At least 5 years experience in stock controlling in FMCG environment.
  • Working knowledge of BPCS and INFOLOG would be advantageous.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Control and investigate stock transactions, allocations, movement, and adjustments.
  • Full responsibility of the following points: Variance report; Reconciling of monthly stock as well as stock in transit; Actual stock counts; Factory claims; Adherence to stock procedures.
  • Investigation and reconciliation of all identified inventory discrepancies.
  • FEFO principals.
  • Manage and monitor stock at risk and highlighted to sales team for action.
  • Control warehouse dumps.
  • Control regrade transaction.
  • Track and trend cycle count losses daily.
  • Monthly stock take, control, and compliance.
  • Daily spot checks.
  • Monitor daily stock availability to avoid trims.
  • Variance analysis and reporting.
  • Control and submit un-managed location.
  • GIT managed and cleared.
  • NQL movement postings done and submitted daily.
  • NQL (stock pack) metadata done daily.
  • Daily, Weekly, and Monthly KPIs and reports requested by management on all allocations, movement, and adjustments.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with stock team and warehouse manager.
