A leading beverage company in Gauteng is seeking a Planning Manager to optimise supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Planning or Logistics and 3-5 years of experience in FMCG. Responsibilities include stock level analysis, planning according to inventory policies, and managing internal stakeholder communications. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

The key purpose of this role is to be responsible for ensuring the correct finished goods are planned out in accordance with the planning methodologies, to ensure stock is planned for deployment to the correct DC's to safeguard service level.
This position is shift based, and as such may fall outside of normal business working hours.
The planner will be responsible for analysing and, if necessary, adjusting the plan, providing relevant feedback to relevant stakeholders regarding queries / risks for their region or DC.
The candidate will be required to build strong relationships within internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful planning and execution to ensure service level targets are met.
