Inventory Coordinator

  • Essential : Stock movement and reconciliation experience
  • 3+ years in warehouse, inventory, or logistics roles
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative skills

  • SAP / ERP experience (SAP preferred)
  • Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word); data analysis and advanced Excel advantageous
Key Responsibilities (Shortened) :
  • Follow up on outstanding rental and handling charges
  • Raise POs and process invoices for depot expenses
  • Ensure timely receipt and approval of invoices
  • Update rental and handling dashboards weekly
  • Compile and reconcile monthly stock counts and reports
  • Oversee stock transfers between depots / plants
  • Resolve SAP / system queries for inventory and expenses
  • Maintain depot admin team filing system
  • Coordinate and consolidate monthly recons and reports
  • Manage month-end closing and assist team as needed
  • Handle procure-to-pay, courier of consumables, and related follow-ups
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Apply supply chain, inventory, logistics, and procurement principles
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking in inventory processes
  • Project and time management across multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal / written communication; cross-team collaboration
  • Good overview of corporate functions and strong admin / multitasking skills
