Responsibilities

• Lead monthly stock meetings across South Africa and Kenya.
• Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple warehouse locations.
• Execute cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
• Conduct regular book-to-book reconciliations with third-party stock holdings.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with corrective action plans.
• Manage and coordinate multiple third-party service providers.
• Oversee month-end stock reconciliations and inventory provisions.
• Lead and develop the inventory operations team.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, logistics, and finance teams.

The Role

Reporting to the Supply Chain Engineer, you'll manage inventory operations across multiple warehouse locations in South Africa and Kenya, leading a team of logistics professionals.
