Job summary

FSCA South Africa is seeking a communications professional to provide strategic internal communications support to FSCA and its stakeholders, reporting to the Media and Stakeholder Relations.

The role involves developing comprehensive communication plans, coordinating across departments, preparing presentations and reports, and gathering content for publications while ensuring messaging remains consistent with FSCA brand policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop a clear, consistent communications plan for internal and external initiatives of the FSCA.
• Coordinate communication with departments, prepare presentations and reports, and gather content for publications and memos.
• Identify communication gaps and propose improvements for internal and external communication.
• Support departments with communications for business updates, strategies and initiatives.
• Initiate internal communication campaigns to engage employees and promote organisational messages.
