DigiOutsource, part of Super Group, is seeking an experienced Internal Audit professional in Cape Town. You will lead risk-based annual audit plans, design procedures with data analytics at the core, and conduct audits to assess control effectiveness.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of internal audit experience, preferably in professional services or financial services.
• Strong data analytics mindset and ability to test controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop risk-based annual audit plans detailing scope and timing.
• Design audit procedures with data analytics at core.
• Conduct audits to assess adequacy and efficiency of controls.
• Use data analytics tools to test controls and identify risks.
• Discuss findings with line managers and report significant issues.
• Prepare audit reports aligned with the approved plan.
• Monitor implementation of management actions from audits.
• Lead internal audits and provide support as needed.
