Job summary

VML in Durban is offering an enthusiastic Client Service Internship. You will support daily client relationships, coordinate campaigns from briefing to delivery, and help prepare presentations and reports.

Ideal candidates are studying or have completed a Marketing/Communications-related qualification, with strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills. The role operates in a hybrid setup.

• Studying or completed a qualification in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or Public Relations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Service team in managing day-to-day client relationships.
• Coordinate projects from briefing through delivery.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on actions.
• Help develop client presentations, status reports, and project documentation.
• Liaise with Strategy, Creative, Experience Design, Production, and Media to keep projects on track.
• Monitor project timelines and assist with workflow coordination.
• Gather client feedback and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Conduct market and industry research to support client recommendations.
• Learn agency processes, campaign development, and integrated marketing communication.

Internship - Client Service

We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and proactive Client Service Intern to join our Client Service team. If you're passionate about building relationships, solving problems, and bringing creative projects to life, this internship is for you.

What You'll Do

• Support the Client Service team in managing day-to-day client relationships.
