Qualifications

This internship program is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to the architectural design and documentation process under the guidance of experienced professionals. You will contribute to various project stages, learning essential skills and contributing to the firm's commitment to quality design within the Eastern Cape .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects and technologists in developing design concepts and drawing sets.
• Prepare architectural models, renderings, and presentations using relevant software.
• Conduct research on building materials, codes, and relevant project information.
• Support the team with site visits, documentation, and administrative tasks.
• Learn and apply BIM software and workflows as directed by project teams.
• Participate actively in design reviews and team meetings.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited Architecture program.
• Basic understanding of architectural design principles and South African building practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit is advantageous.
• Strong desire to learn and develop professionally within the architectural field.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Enthusiasm and a proactive attitude towards learning and contributing.
