A technology solutions company in Cape Town is looking for a skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer. The ideal candidate will work on the ACE v10 platform, focusing on frontend development with Angular and backend API development using .NET. The role requires solid SQL skills and familiarity with Azure Cloud. Agile experience is preferred, and the position offers an on-site working environment.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working across both backend and frontend stacks, is comfortable with SQL and data transformation work, and has a strong understanding of modern development pipelines and cloud environments.This role would ideally suit someone who can step into a well-established technical environment and drive improvements, support existing systems, and contribute to the delivery of new features at pace.
Application DevelopmentFull-stack development on ACE v10, including : Frontend development using Angular (v15) and AppKit 4.8.Backend API and service development using .NET.
NET.Database development and optimization in SQL.Data EngineeringBuild and maintain Databricks transformations, moving data from source-aligned layers to end-user analytical results.Create efficient, readable ANSI SQL queries to run on Apache Spark compute clusters.
DevOps & DeliveryMaintain and enhance build and deployment pipelines in Azure DevOps.Support infrastructure-as-code implementation using Terraform (.tf) files.Work within Azure AppServices and related cloud resource deployments.
Ways of WorkingParticipate in Agile / SAFe ceremonies including bi-weekly sprints, refinement, planning, and demo sessions.Assist in bug triage, troubleshooting, and fast feedback development cycles via CI / CD.
Strong proficiency in .NET backend and API development.Solid understanding of SQL and basic database schema design.Experience with Angular 15 (or a comparable modern frontend framework).
Familiarity with REST API standards and tools such as Postman or Swagger.Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.Basic understanding of Azure Cloud, particularly AppServices and deployment workflows.
