Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for financial systems and access management initiatives
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to implement approved solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including business units, IT, compliance, and vendors
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and security standards
- Develop and maintain project documentation : charters, plans, RAID logs, and status reports
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for vulnerabilities
- Drive change management and user adoption strategies for new access protocols
- Monitor KPIs and report progress to senior leadership and governance forums
Required Skills and Experience
- 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in financial services or fintech
- Strong understanding of Logical Access Management principles and SSO technologies (Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity)
- Familiarity with IAM frameworks and tools (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
- Solid grasp of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
- Proficiency in project tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes
Qualifications
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or Agile PM) preferred
- Security or IAM-related certifications (CISM, CISSP, or similar) are a plus
