Qualifications

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for financial systems and access management initiatives
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to implement approved solutions
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including business units, IT, compliance, and vendors
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and security standards
• Develop and maintain project documentation : charters, plans, RAID logs, and status reports
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for vulnerabilities
• Drive change management and user adoption strategies for new access protocols
• Monitor KPIs and report progress to senior leadership and governance forums

Required Skills and Experience

• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Strong understanding of Logical Access Management principles and SSO technologies (Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity)
• Familiarity with IAM frameworks and tools (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
• Solid grasp of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
• Proficiency in project tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes

Qualifications

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or Agile PM) preferred
• Security or IAM-related certifications (CISM, CISSP, or similar) are a plus
