The Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects within the financial domain, with a strong emphasis on logical access management and single sign-on implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing medium-scale projects, aligning stakeholders, and delivering secure, compliant, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for financial systems and access management initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to implement approved solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including business units, IT, compliance, and vendors.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and security standards.
• Develop and maintain project documentation : charters, plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for vulnerabilities.
• Drive change management and user adoption strategies for new access protocols.
• Monitor KPIs and report progress to senior leadership and governance forums.

Skills and Experience

• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in financial services or fintech.
• Strong understanding of Logical Access Management principles and SSO technologies (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity).
• Familiarity with IAM frameworks and tools (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock).
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Solid grasp of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Proficiency in project tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or Agile PM) preferred
• Security or IAM-related certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP, or similar) are a plus
