Job summary

Amrod is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale IT and business initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and safeguard quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

You will drive project governance, risk management, and continuous improvement within the PMO, mentoring junior team members and ensuring alignment with SDLC standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, and resource plans.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies: Risks and issues identified, mitigated, and escalated as per governance processes.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder updates.
• Track and report on project progress, status, and variances.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC and project governance frameworks: Project documentation complete and audit-ready.
• Manage vendor or third-party deliverables: Deliverables tracked and validated against scope and contracts.
• Support continuous improvement within the PMO: Contribution to process enhancements, templates, and methodologies.
• Mentor and guide junior project team members: Development and performance feedback provided regularly.

Purpose of the Role

The Intermediate Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of medium to large-scale projects or multiple concurrent workstreams within strategic IT and business initiatives. This role ensures that all assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.
Working closely with cross-functional delivery teams, the Intermediate Project Manager oversees project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. The role requires strong leadership, risk management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. It also includes supporting project governance, continuous improvement.
