Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and driven Intermediate Project Manager to join the Founders' Office. This role is designed for a self-motivated professional who not only excels in project management but also seeks to deliver tangible business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will combine strong project execution skills with an ability to identify and drive process improvements across any part of the organisation they engage with. This is a unique opportunity for someone with proven project management experience to apply their commercial acumen in a broader, more creative mandate, where initiative and intuition are recognised and the value delivered is compounded across the group.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Founders and senior leadership, helping to turn strategic goals into structured, trackable deliverables using Jira and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Coordination
  • Lead day-to-day management of multiple projects across business units and ventures.
  • Translate strategic objectives into project plans with clear milestones, owners, and timelines.
  • Track deliverables, risks, and dependencies, ensuring accountability across teams.
  • Maintain clear documentation of progress, issues, and decisions.
Meetings & Action Tracking
  • Prepare agendas and coordinate key meetings for the Founders and leadership team.
  • Capture structured notes and translate discussions into actionable tasks.
  • Build, assign, and track these actions in Jira to ensure follow-through.
  • Maintain Confluence as the single source of truth for project documentation, decisions, and knowledge sharing.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and advisors to maintain project momentum.
  • Prepare concise project updates and dashboards for the Founders and leadership team.
  • Act as a central point of accountability and communication across initiatives.
Founders' Office Support
  • Help prioritise and structure the Founders' project portfolio.
  • Ensure sensitive initiatives are executed with urgency, discretion, and precision.
  • Anticipate issues, elevate where needed, and propose practical solutions.
Skills & Experience

Experience: 3–5 years in project management, business operations, consulting, or a related role.

Tools: Strong experience with Atlassian suite (Jira for task / project tracking, Confluence for documentation).

Methodologies

Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall practices; able to adapt processes pragmatically.

Communication

Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable drafting structured agendas, notes, and reports.

Organisation

Detail-oriented, strong time management, and able to juggle multiple priorities.

Technical

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; ability to build dashboards, trackers, and reports.
