Job summary

INTX Insurance Software is seeking a Full Stack Developer in Randburg, South Africa, who will independently deliver features and own areas of our enterprise system. In this role, you will design and implement robust features, collaborate with project managers, and contribute to system architecture.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in C#, SQL Server, and solid full-stack expertise. The position offers flexible hours and hybrid working options, including 10 remote working days per year.

Job description

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies (C#, SQL Server, and ideally Blazor) who can independently deliver features and own areas of our enterprise system. You'll take meaningful pieces of a large, evolving codebase from concept to production and help shape how we keep it scalable and maintainable.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement robust features and enhancements across the full stack of our enterprise system
• Independently deliver work on areas and modules of the system, from concept to production
• Contribute to architecture and design discussions as the system evolves
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable code that fits cleanly into the wider codebase
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing functionality
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and QAs
• Support and share knowledge with junior developers
• Participate in the full SDLC
• Stay current with emerging fintech technologies

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 2-5 years of experience with C#, .NET, and SQL Server
• Solid full‑stack development experience
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Comfortable working with Git, CI/CD, and Agile

Nice To Have

• Microsoft Azure experience
• Insurance industry knowledge
• DevOps tools and practices
• Blazor / Web API experience
