This role sits at the heart of our business, managing the day-to-day financial, transactional, and compliance activities for both ACG Architects and Archico (a small property company).
What you’ll do:
- Oversee the bookkeeping function
- Assist with invoicing
- Handle cashbook management and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll on Sage Pay
- Ensure VAT, PAYE, and SARS E-Filing compliance
- Prepare monthly management accounts, track expenses, and build financial dashboards
- Manage cashflow statements
- Assist with annual and mid-term budgets
- Manage creditors and debtors
- Prepare audit working papers for external accountants/auditors
- Oversee general financial administration (subscriptions, banking, software, etc.)
- Complete annual compliance submissions (BBBEE, Employment Equity, Workskills Plan, CETA Grant Funding)
- Assist with financial information for tenders
