Network Recruitment is seeking a Data Analyst to collect, cleanse, validate, and organise data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and governance. You will analyze large financial datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.

Collect, cleanse, validate, and organise data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Maintain and enhance databases, data warehouses, and data systems. Ensure data governance and quality standards are consistently met.
Analyse large and complex financial datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities. Perform detailed financial and operational data analysis to support strategic business decisions. Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on data findings.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations for business stakeholders. Present findings in a clear and meaningful manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. Support ongoing reporting requirements and business performance monitoring.
Partner closely with finance and business teams to understand reporting and analytical requirements. Work alongside technology teams to implement data-driven solutions and improvements. Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and operational efficiency. Stay informed about emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in analytics and business intelligence.
Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Finance will be advantageous.
Minimum 36 years of experience in a Data Analyst role within the financial services, banking, investment, insurance, or related finance sectors. Proven experience working with large datasets and financial reporting environments.
Strong SQL skills for querying, analysing, and managing data. Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and automation. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualisation platforms. Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric including data engineering, data integration, reporting, and analytics capabilities. Familiarity with financial databases, data warehouses, and cloud-based data platforms.
